To manage your Verizon voicemail account, including delete messages, from the website: Log into your account and click “My Account” in the top-right corner of the page. Select “Messages & services” from the menu on the left side of the page. Click “Messages” on the following page. Select “My messages” from the top menu on the left side of the page. Select “Manage messages” from the drop-down menu next to message you want to delete. Select “Delete message” and confirm your choice.

Via the Message Eraser app

To delete voicemails via the Message Eraser app, you’ll first want to open your browser and go to the Verizon website. Scroll down and find “Message Eraser,” then select “Install App.” This will bring up an app store browser where you can download the Message Eraser app to your device. Once you’ve installed it, select “Verizon Message Eraser,” then “Verizon Message Eraser.” Next, select “Verizon Wireless VoiceMail” to access your voicemail messages. Select the messages you want to delete, then select “Delete” to get rid of them forever.

Via the Manage Message Settings app

The Manage Message Settings app is also available for both Android and iOS users. It works similarly to the Message Eraser app. First, select the “Voicemail” tab at the bottom of the app. Select “Select messages” and choose the voicemail(s) you wish to delete. Select “Delete” and confirm your choice. The app will ask you to log in to your Verizon account to confirm the deletion of your voicemail(s). If you don’t want to use a third-party app, you can also delete voicemail messages directly from the Manage Message Settings app. To get there, select “Messaging” from your phone’s main menu, then choose “Verizon Wireless VoiceMail.” Once the app has opened, click “Manage Message Settings” to get to your voicemail. Scroll through your list of voicemails and select the ones you want to erase. Once you’ve selected all of them, select “Delete.” This will permanently get rid of them and stop them from cluttering up your account ..

Deleting multiple messages at once
