What’s his name? Wes… Wes…”, Biden said, turning to the audience as they held up “Wes Moore” signs, looking like they were trying to help him. “Wes Moore!” Biden said after reading a sign. “The guy is the real deal, man.” He continued, “He’s a combat veteran and a Rhodes Scholar. I always worry about Rhodes scholars, though. They’re so smart.
